Is the Book Meant as an Exploration of the Other World?
The book is a memoir from a parallel universe. It's kind of me, at the time that i was trying to do my phd. On ballard,. over analyzing the apocalyptic and destopian elements with imagining a myself living a baladian life. And because i have, i've read a lot of science fiction inMy imagination naturally turned to that. I tried to write an autobiographical novel that was true to my imagination. My book came to be mark fisher originally commissioned it for zero books in two thousand and nine but then he realised how appropriate it would be as part of his 'fagnes project'
