NBA Draft Picks: Houston or Oklahoma City?

There's going to be one team with fewer than 20 wins this season. Probably Houston or Detroit, anything. I see the thing is if Oklahoma City, like if Shay sprains his ankle, they're probably going to do a thing in February where they lose like 18 games in a row. We've seen that historically from teams both in positions to get high lottery picks and tank. The roster is not full of solid NBA role players, right? Yeah.
