CNBC journalist or reporter Deirdre Bosa did an interview with Keith Reboi this weekend. He kicked off the interview by saying that open door has been profitable for five years straight. That is not true as a matter of fact I think they lost two thirds of a billion dollars last year. And he then went on to say that he would love to buy shares in this but he's prohibited from doing so which is an outright lie. This is continuing a pattern of SPACs being the ultimate vehicle for transfer of wealth from retail investors to their promoters.
