There are many more mentally ill people in the d i would argue, then there are l g b t c people. So how can allies participate, help and be effective? Cause they don't necessarily have the lived experience. You can help the person with lived experience push tegenda, but their voice needs to be first. There are a lot of us with mental illness, and the more we come out, the better.
