How to Cook Pork Tenderloin
I think the best thing to do is to cook a big five pound pork roast, something like that where it's cooked a long time. So then you have this really soft tender braised meat. You can make a taco, you can make a burrito, you can use it in soup rice and other things. I'm finding that my vegetables tend to get kind of smelly after a day or two. Are there any tricks for cooking them so they don't get quite so soggy?
