Duryodhana describes his own army in the next three verses. He is narrating all of this to Drow-na, a Brahmana who was an extremely formidable warrior. All of them are Mahar-rata-ha and each one commands a large army of their own. You have to be very careful here. Who is he speaking to? Drona.
