The Deuterocanonical Chronicles
The New Testament never quotes the Deuterocannon with such phrases as, it is written or thus says the Lord. It's kind of a rarefied error that you get a book with a formal quotation. There are lots of books in the Old Testament that are never quoted like Ruth versus Second Chronicles,. Ezra, Ashers, Song of Songs and Ecclesiastes.
