The Importance of Understanding the Nature

I think it's common sense, if you harvest nature, you have to make sure that they are growing up. Vacuail or whale hunting is not a problem, it was a problem for the whale many years ago. Now it's no problem with the whale stock. Do you think the International Whaling Commission did a good job years ago when they tried to regulate the number of whales that could be killed? They didn't do their job. Why not?
