Is Your Product Strategy Validated?

In order to create an effective product rotement, for me, it's important to base it on what i would call a validated product strategy. The road mat very much shows how avalidated a product strategy will be implemented over the next, say, nine to 12 months. And then, you know, finally, and that's possibly the most important piece of advice in this context, a don't just create the rigt map on your own, locked away somewhere, but involve the people who should work with it.
