How to Be a Better Executive Director

I think one of the things I could have done is, and this one I'm seeing from a lot of executive directors is you get put in and it's all on you. It's like you're like a catch all for all of the to do lists. So I see we just jump in and I just jumped in and it was about me and my performance transforming the organization or moving along the calendar. And I would love for that to be a lesson that I could learn to go in and be more of a student"
