Carnivore Diet
i don't tell everyone you should be carnivore. It's what works for me best. But i have seen no good evidence that, you know, eating too much meat is harmful. There is a large community of carnivores. Many of these people have done it for many decades. And then you can look at ancestral populations who only eat meat products and they have very low incidents of heart disease and cancer and diabedes or all these things. This kind of a a nuance ad right along to that question, is it possible that the foods youwould eat to optimize for heart health might not be the same thing that you'll eat for 20 years?
