The Importance of Value
We all want to be loved and liked. And I actually think people pleasing is the root of majority of why we don't do what we actually wanna do, why stay small. People are willing to give you more than you're asking for. You are self-sabotaging yourself with these limiting beliefs. It's so incredibly important that your employer can always say, this is amazing, not yet, but this is definitely something that I would like to look at in the future.
