The Lawn Revolution Is Not Just About Law Enforcement

In 1979 when Corrections magazine covered a lawn so-called experts touted this as one of the things that made a lawn revolutionary. People who broke major rules were given haircuts which was initially just like addressing down but was turned into literal haircuts. The only way to have any kind of control over your life at a lawn was to play along and raise through the ranks until you would be able to give haircuts or general meetings.
