The paradox of choice is that more is necessarily more. Having fewer better options, or designing the choice architecture in a way to help limit choice, can be more valuable. And just offering up people more will not always lead them to find what they're looking for. The three questions you put at the end of every chapter were brilliant and really helped me understand my work.
