Stan Smith: Is there anyone out there taking opportunities here to short some of this stuff, I imagine that our subscribers, viewers, listeners who work for hedge funds are thinking about that. We know that when there are these mispricing opportunities that folks do step in and take the other side of those trades,. Have you seen any of that in your research or any evidence that that type of trade is on right now? Absolutely. He says it's generally expensive to short REITs because you have to pay the dividend and REITs pay a lot of dividend. But clearly there was a large rise in the shorts outstanding against REITs.
