A school's culture lives and dies by its communication. It's easy to forget what we mean by communication, the diferent facets of it. I've worked in schools where senior leaders at staff meetings are making it pretty clear from their body language that they're not interested in professional development. And a lot of stuff is just a lot of communication beyond kind of spoken and te technological communications.
