How to Find a Company That Is Not a Feature Factory
After 14 years working for normal companies. I was tired of every day doing incremental change and seeing the same business model. A lot of people recommending me just don't go to the agency world because it sucks for product management. And now I can tell you from experience one and a half year in the agency world. I have seen a lot. And it's really dynamic. But how you deal with that is the magic, because what I learned is you don't need to focus on the living feature. You need tofocus on meeting the clients where they are and help them solve their challenge.
