I feel like people are bad at evaluating the benefits of tweaks and tools they use, you know what I mean? That's what I really liked when we talked to Andy. He was very upfront and objective about You know evaluating the counterfactuals How how productive and efficient would I be if I was not using this note-taking system? And that's what people should do Like if you imagine What if I couldn't use this feature of SM? What if I can't fiddle with the templates or do this or that How much of a difference would that actually make?
