The Effects of Tension on the Body

The body soaks up a lot of tension throughout the day, just like we're pouring water on a sponge. Similar to our body, we've got to ring out the tension in our body so that we can pour more tension in. Stretching is great, particularly if you're doing hip openers or lower back stuff. There is a very strong correlation between lower back issues and premature ejaculation. The other things you might like to do is some breathing, some deep diaphragmatic breathing.
