The Continuum of Autonomic Dysreflexia
Some paralympic athletes use it to enhance their performance because you cause yourself a tiny bit of pain and you suddenly have a phi. So this is high potential happens, right? I often feel a little bit off because the blood pressure is low or... And then I just bring it up by wiggling my leg a bit or just causing atiny bit of pain. It only lasts a second and it comes back. The other thing is autonomic dysreflexia again is a continuum. So you can get very, very mild symptoms from a tiny noxious stimulus.
