Google Is Going to Win This Case, Right?
The court took the case in order to narrow the scope of immunity from liability under section 230. It seems pretty clear that Google is going to win this case, but it isn't even clear whether there are four much less five justices who might be able to coalesce around anything specific. The Supreme Court could keep the door open for limiting section 230 in another case that isn't this one.
