The City of Alondra Ortiz's Roller Coaster Project

Road crews have shut down all streets in all directions, as a construction team is building roller coasters and amusement park rides. It's complete gridlock all over downtown, with cars unable to drive into or out of the jam. Mayor Cardinal is on the scene arguing with the construction team about their lack of development permits.
