The Lack of Data for Lake Kivu Floods
Joyce Kimitai is one of the scientists who investigated whether that devastation could be connected to the climate. She says they couldn't make a conclusion because in that region, there's a lack of data. "We were not able to have sort of the right tools and the right resources," she said.
