Amichi: Pay attention to the sensations of the breath. Notice when the mind wanders, floodlight is checking out where attention is moment by moment. When you notice your mind is wandered, gently return it. That's executive control. So i really see mindfulness as refuling attention in a very profound way. Amichi: The more we do that for ourselves, the more we'll be able to extend that to those we love and care for in our lives.
