I started the podcast because I knew that there were still a lot of people who did not understand and the suffering, the emotional suffering that I went through as that young mom after the trauma. So we want to really start from the premise that if you don't feel safe in your body today and you've had a lot of trauma in the past, it makes sense. And so the focus was here where the focus really need to be on, I need to help this body to feel safe.
