Commercial property moves in cycles. It's got to be treated like a business. If anything, it's highlighted the strength of commercial because it's still positively geared. So we're seeing our investors almost doubled down in commercial. Like we're still purchasing 40 a month. Okay. Time will fix it, by the way, if you can hold the line. Exactly. But the key point is all these other investments have done a lot worse, including the stock market commercial. Then commercial commercials still, even in these bad times held its own,. It's not flying 10-20% growth like it was and you're getting 4% margins on the rent versus the interest rate cover. Yeah.
