The Difference Between Usefulness and Profitability

There are plenty of things out there that are harmful, like as in anti useful, but they're profitable, right? So like fossil fuels, right? Um, and I don't know, just like shipping containers full of fidget spinners left to fucking rot in a, in a dock or whatever. It's like, yeah, it's that the markets don't generally optimize for usefulness. They sort of do this weird molecular logic of optimizing for profitability. And um, conversely, there's a lot of stuff that's unprofitable, but that should be produced.
