The metrics that DevOps teams look at versus SRE are very different. So things like build fake build flakiness, how much time developers spend on tooling is one of them. And so this is where the collaboration between Dev Ops and Cloud Engineering really comes into play. The more you can reduce the dealing with tooling side of things, the better.
