What Is Imagineering?

James Carville talks about imagineering as a dominant mode of thought and action in the pre digital era, when t television was the dominant media for communication. He says technology can shape our cognitive and our communicative environments in different sorts of ways. And so some of our senses are sharpened, others are dulled or pushed into the background. This is just a generic feature of life with any kind of technology really - it doesn't have to be digital or electric.
