CNN's David Bianculli looks at a case before the U.S. Supreme Court that could affect gun rights in New York City. The court will decide whether there is an individual right to bear arms outside the home for self-defense. He says he thought new york was on "pretty shaky ground" because its restrictions are so wildy out of proportion with most states.
