How to Train for Ultra Running

I always felt like if you were going to go further than 22 miles, that you might as well just run a marathon or run a 50k. So, my first year was trying to figure out how to time doing that. And so, I kind of went back to pretty shorting my long runs to 18 to 22 miles. Just, you know, keeping my turnover, adding a lot of quality work.
