Don't drag this out over, you know, three or over four weeks if we're toward the end of a process. The CFO is the tip of the spear for most middle market PE companies. They gotta be comfortable with 28 year olds or 24 year old asking them very pointed questions. I think never in my career as an executive search professional have I seen this market be so aggressive.
