Interval Training - What Is It?

The first thing that i think about is, what is going to help someone get out of bed, or get off the couch and just move? Sometimes it's figuring out what that motivation looks like. And if dancing is fun for you, and that's what motivates you, then that can be better than doing nothing. If we're kind of getting a little bit more technical, if if you're in the routines, but you want something alittle bit more effective, something that i like to think about is interval training for 20 to 30 minutes. That's a great way to get a ton of bang for your buck when time is the limiting factor.
