Winning masks a lot of things. When you lose, you're always thinking what can i do to improve it? But when you win, a lot of times you think, i was supposed to win. That was supposed to happen. And that's why i think this self reflection piece is so important for people who want to succeed or fail in their career. What am i going to do better to morrow? Win or lose? That's a great question to ask yourself.

He has also worked for the Boston Red Sox as well as the NFL’s Cleveland Browns, and as the Head of Mental Conditioning Department for the IMG Academy, which develops star athletes of the future. He’s also written two books on the subject of developing mental toughness in adolescents.
