Aaron Carroll: Tesla reported last night and I was bearish. He says Elon Musk wants people to focus on the long term, but that's not how stock market works. Twitter went private two years ago; he stopped following it because they were so inconsistent. Carroll: You can pretty much gauge how much he's doing by looking at the inverse of number of tweets he's doing.
