The Science Gateway for Cryo-E-M

The National Science Foundation funds supercomputers all over the United States. And they're freely available, but you have to apply for time to get on them. The idea was if I wrote a platform and then I applied for the computing time, then I could share it with structural biologists or anyone who wanted to use it. Most of the jobs run today are actually related to protein structure prediction in Eiffelfold and Colabfold.
