I would definitely tell people to follow suit and do some, some, uh, different styles of cross training. I'm doing a huge array of different activities and I really only train parkour like once or twice, once or twice a week. It's on account of all these other things that is allowing me to progress in this way. You deadlift 500 benches, like, 285, um, squat is 350. And then I can double body weight in my pull up and, and dip. So double body weight. Well, so at the time, at least she was 160. Yeah. But no, it is true. We do need some cross training as well.
