Product Strategy - The Bottom Line and the Dollars, Right?

graig: I was speaking the other week to dan balkowski, who runs product tranquillity. He now has a consolvency which helps product companies to determine their product strategy and their packaging. In his observation in the product teams he's worked with, bean that often he finds that u x researches are uncomfortable or inexperienced in helping the business to price its products. Is that a fair observation? i think it's fair. But i don't think it's because of i think that stems from a lack of experience in duing that type of research. It is alearnable skill, and there are u x approaches that will get you to pricing strategy.
