The Importance of Inhibitory Neurons in Language Learning

An adult's brain has a higher degree of neuroplasticity, right? You can form and adjust new neural connections. All the good things that you can do as a child in that critical period, you can still do as an adult. Should we talk about inhibitory neurons? I want to do at least a short stuff on them, if not a whole episode. They are fascinating.
