Crystal: There is so often this sense of hollowness trying to deliver good care because it's a fractured system. I remember at least for myself, it literally curled up in a ball under my desk having trouble breathing because I was so overwhelmed. Crystal: Can you talk a little bit what are the principles and foundations of trauma informed care as they relate to leadership and supervision?
