Is Integrity a Component of Your Values?
integrity almost seems like an internal metric that you are paying attention to. The people i admire usually exhibit the values that i want to have myself, but they are just seemingly better at doing it. I find what people often do as they then hate themselves is end up in this downward cycle of not really living by their health values.
