GPT 3: A Better General Purpose Base Model of Large Text Corpus

GPT 4, the final version is better. The absolute amount of difference between GPT 2 and GPT 3 is obviously much larger. Users don't want general purpose base model of large text corpus. What they want is a thing that does things for them. This is an RL trained, instruct fine tuned, extremely heavily engineered system.
