The Importance of Integrity in Life

I was following my philosophy, and by following the philosophy, people flip and loved it. I remember listening to a video on YouTube from Mark Manson about the problem with self-help books. He said there are things that we do in the world that are difficult, but simple. And that application is what most people struggle with. If you don't have a practice you can follow, then all you're doing is saying these wishy, wussy buzzwords to try and grab attention to something that you're not really doing. It's one of the reasons I struggled at uni, not necessarily making friends, but respecting people in the same way I respect the athletes that I worked with.
