The Harms of Fraud in Sexual Assault
With fraud, the law says here that you have to prove physical harm. Women's groups were opposed to that opproach of the two thousand 14 majority. They think that that approach is not wise. And fraud is more difficult to prove as just adding another layer,. So with sexual salt, the question is, was there consent here? There was consent to the act, except on a condition.
