Triathlon Training - The Anaerobic Threshold L2 2 B College

The anaerobic threshold is the most important but you cannot do it only one and forget the others. The ability to burn fat at the high level intensity is also important. One of the things we are still trying to improve is to based on the test we do with the athletes when we determine this point. It's very easy for some more athletes to transform to during a 70.3 races I think we have the world champion on 17.3 so we see that that is working.
