Um, Are You Getting a Top Down Risk Assessment?

People who are more likely to participate are probably those people who are less vulnerable in terms of mental health. People who have potentially experienced harassment or bullying, particularly from a top down perspective, will be less likely to participate. And so often then, you know, the alternative is a top down risk assessment that really just doesn't really give you much detail.
