How to Use Email as an Inbox
The only really advisable way to use email as an inbox is to look at things that have not been processed or thought about yet. You know, once you've gotten the piece of information, do something with it. If there's nothing you do about this, but you just want to keep it, just get it out of the way and put it in a place where you know you'll look for it when you do need it.
