When you were at comscore, what kind of things were curious or useful to retail banks? What was it that they derived from the internet? Sure, i wasit first started out in the point of customer acquisition. And then it migrated from acquisition to, ok, weve we've brought them into into the fold as a customer. How do we better leverage digil to service them? So then the question started flowing around, well, which activities would consumers be comfortable using a ditial platform for? Would they actually change their address? Would they pay a bill on line? Would they request a credit line increase, et cetera?"
