When you hear the sound of the lard hitting the pan, he'll make a soundo. That's the book. When i first got nourishing traditions, i was eating rovegen - coming out of eating rolvegen. The thing that inspired me the most when i started learning about ancestral food and ancestral eating was the fermentation kind of techniques. There are hundreds of recipes in there of different ferments you can do. And the one that i've picked as as my favourite is ginger carrots. I prefer to eat his one quite fresh. So i i find it has a tendency to go slimy if you leave it for longer. Not really any taste benefits from leaving it
