Is the Fed Aggressively Raising Rates?
For major currencies to move, the amount that the ura has moved this year is a big deal. And those two currencies are continuing to do it. The fed has been aggressively raising rates. A b c b has now started to raise rates, but they're behind the fed. Japan has not raised rates. So i actually think it is by design. I think bank of japan said, we're doing it, and got the fed's blessing.
